Pragya Singh

PhD candidate at Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, Punjab, India

I am Pragya Singh, a PhD candidate at IIT Ropar, specializing in the valorization of biofuels through machine learning to optimize conversion processes and enhance sustainability. My research focuses on transforming biofuel residues into valuable products, such as methanol, while performing Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to assess the environmental impact of these processes. With a background in Bio-process Technology from ICT Mumbai, I integrate chemical engineering and machine learning to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support a circular economy. My goal is to develop data-driven, sustainable solutions that contribute to the global energy transition.
