
Kerstin Heinrich
Kerstin Heinrich has held various leadership and expert roles within the KUKA Group for many years and has extensive experience spanning strategy, finance, communications, and sustainability.
Since 2017, Kerstin Heinrich has been responsible for Sustainability at KUKA. In this role, she focuses on the strategic integration of ESG aspects into the KUKA Group’s business model, the continuous advancement of transparent, consistent, and regulatorycompliant ESG reporting, and the groupwide coordination of sustainability topics. She works closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive these initiatives. Prior to this, she was responsible for communication with the capital market in Investor Relations.
In addition, Kerstin Heinrich is actively involved in topicspecific working groups of the German Engineering Association (VDMA), contributing her expertise to industrywide sustainability initiatives. She also serves as a lecturer at the European Business School, where she provides practical insights into sustainability reporting.
Kerstin Heinrich holds a master’s degree in business administration. She is convinced that innovation capability, along with automation and digitalization solutions, are the key drivers of progress and a successful, sustainable transformation.
