Amidst escalating global demands for water security and circular economy principles, Sebastian is instrumental in driving Siemens' strategic response. In his role, he drives significant growth in this sector by fostering close collaboration with sales teams and Siemens' business units, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that shape the future of water and waste management. Sebastian is also instrumental in building and strengthening Siemens’ global partner ecosystem in the Water & Waste sector.
Prior to Siemens, Sebastian spent several years in management consulting, guiding clients across diverse industries, including energy and utilities, through new business development, capability building, and strategic transformation. His background, combined with his current leadership, equips him with deep proficiency in growth strategy, portfolio management, innovation, and effective marketing and sales. Sebastian holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Hohenheim.
